The first stages of the SBP will be implemented over the next few months so we are at a really exciting phase and need an enthusiastic person to join our team that can become part of IWI and help us achieve our vision as an organisation. Position Details
Where: The position is carried out remotely from the volunteers home, for this reason it is essential that you have access to private internet and a computer, as well as good organisational and time management skills.
Duties: Reporting directly to the President and Director of Development and Operations, Amaranta Thompson, the Director of Fundraising and Corporate Relations will be expected to oversee the development and management of the Fundraising and Corporate Relations Team. You will develop a caseload of donor prospects and set out and execute strategies for solicitation of these prospects in line with IWI’s overall vision. This individual will also be expected to work independently and to be self-motivated in initiating contacts with potential donors and raising IWI’s Profile. He/she will also be expected to create and implement strategies for cultivation, solicitation and closure, and set and achieve annual fundraising and activity goals.

Time Commitment: The minimum commitment is an average of 20 hours per week including a weekly one on one meeting with President and Director of Development and Operations, Amaranta Thompson.
