Position Overview
The Negotiator, HCP role is responsible for negotiating and purchasing advertising placements on behalf of an organization in alignment with the advertising campaign plan. Negotiators must work collaboratively with other disciplines such as Strategy, Communications Design, and Client Advisors. The position requires a strong aptitude for buying and the ability to multi-task. A high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work under pressure is required. Ensures advertising and promotional campaigns are targeted to the appropriate audiences through the appropriate media outlets and tracks reach of campaigns to ensure optimized spend of advertising budget.
