Interstate Power Systems is seeking an experienced Mobile Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial truck and trailer refrigeration systems, with a primary focus on Carrier and Thermo King equipment.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems on commercial trucks and trailers.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and HVAC-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and major component repairs.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Complete accurate repair documentation and work orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license (CDL preferred; additional compensation available).
• Experience servicing Carrier refrigeration systems required.
• Experience with Thermo King equipment preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and read electrical schematics.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer-focused attitude.
• Additional experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, or driveline systems is a plus.
