Kickstart Your Career in Criminal Justice!

Are you looking to break into the Criminal Justice, Human Services, or Substance Abuse rehabilitation fields? Intervention Inc. is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Entry Level Criminal Justice UA Technicians to join our Intervention Inc. team across Colorado.

As a Criminal Justice Urinalysis Technician, you will provide vital drug and alcohol sobriety monitoring for court-ordered offenders and other clients. This role requires high attention to detail, strict adherence to protocols, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in a fast-paced environment.

This is a premier entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. At Intervention Inc., we treat all persons with dignity and respect at all times. If you want a meaningful role that impacts community safety and client rehabilitation, apply today!

    What You Will Do

    • Conduct Client Testing: Monitor client compliance through urine screens, breathalyzers, and oral swabs following strict safety protocols.
    • Direct Observation: Escort clients to collection areas and visually monitor Urinalysis testing of same-sex clients.
    • Intake & Cash Handling: Sign in clients, process testing fees, issue receipts, and secure payments in the office safe.
    • Accurate Reporting: Complete Chain of Custody paperwork, file documentation, and write clear incident reports before your shift ends.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Education: High school diploma or GED OR 1 year of customer service experience.
    • Skills: Exceptional communication, strong organization, and basic computer skills for data entry.
    • Mindset: A calm demeanor under pressure and a respectful, non-judgmental attitude toward a diverse client population.

*Because this position requires direct observation of males submitting specimens for urinalysis, being male has been determined to be a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification and only males will be considered for the position.*

Colorado Residents: In any materials you submit, you may redact or remove age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation. You will not be penalized for redacting or removing this information.
