Salesforce Developer (Senior) — Amsterdam

We're looking for a Salesforce Developer who doesn't just use Salesforce — but thinks critically about how AI changes what's possible for clients. You're someone who has genuinely embraced AI as a core part of how you work: you compare models, build and evaluate agents, and constantly find new ways to do your best work faster and smarter.

This isn't a role for someone who uses AI occasionally for code review. We want someone for whom AI is already a daily tool — and who's curious enough to push it further.

What you'll do at Intigris
We're looking for a talented front- and back-end Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. You'll design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform — across a wide variety of client projects, ranging from focused fixes to complex implementations. For this you will be using the latest technologies — including AI-powered tooling

As a developer at Intigris, you will:

• Build Apex, APIs, and LWC using AI-optimised IDEs and coding assistants

• Use AI for code reviews, debugging, and optimisation

• Apply AI orchestration to design smarter, more efficient client workflows

• Evaluate and compare AI models, set up evals, and build agents where they add real value for clients

• Stay current with the latest AI developments — and bring what you learn back to the team

We're looking for someone who uses AI to punch well above their weight — and loves it.

You're a seasoned Salesforce Developer with a solid track record — you've built and delivered complex solutions, you know the platform inside out, and you've earned your stripes. But you're not done growing. You see AI as the next big wave in tech, and you want to be someone who rides it, not watches it from the shore.
More specifically:

• Proven experience as a front- and back-end Salesforce Developer

• Strong hands-on skills in Apex, APIs, and LWC

• A track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations

• Genuinely curious about AI — you follow developments, experiment with new tools, and find ways to apply them in your work. Ideally, you've gone beyond coding assistance: you've built an agent, run evals, or compared models and know what you're actually choosing between

• Comfortable working across multiple projects and client environments

• Based in or able to commute to Amsterdam (50% on-site)
