Responsibilities:

<ul><li>Coordinate GPS/device installations with customers, fleet owners, and installation partners.&nbsp;</li><li>Update and maintain Excel trackers and control tower dashboards.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor shipment/device tracking and ensure data is accurate and up to date.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify customer and shipment data and correct errors or discrepancies.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up on pending installations, tracking issues, and operational activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain daily operational reports and records.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and escalate operational issues for timely resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Support day-to-day control tower and logistics operations. </li><li>Ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines and SLAs.</li></ul><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#202124;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">Requirements:<ul><li><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#202124;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.</li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#202124;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">0-1 years of B2B or SaaS implementation experience.</li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#202124;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">You must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum.

You will deal in small daily matters, as well as larger aims and setting goals. A systematic organized approach to work is vital.</li><li><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#202124;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way is essential.
