THE ROLE
As a Customer Services Coordinator you will be expected to provide first class customer service to clients by processing orders, sample requests, ensuring delivery schedules are met, responding to queries and quotation requests, via telephone and email. You will be supporting the sales team and providing an excellent aftercare service.
You will be dealing with a client base that includes interior designers, architects and this lends the role to an individual with an interest in design, although this is not essential.

WHO YOU’LL BE JOINING They encourage design students and newcomers to their industry to learn about their product, and they offer support and training to clients – both specifiers and decorating contractors. They enjoy what they do. They’ve all worked their way up through the industry; they’re all hands-on and know their stuff. Their 3 directors rack up 75 years in the business. Most of their sales consultants have at least 12 years under their respective belts. There’s about 50 of them in total, and every single person counts – from their sales and technical teams through to product sourcing and development, customer services, purchasing, accounts, sample production and of course our warehouse.
