    Job description

    What We Do
InVue transforms how retailers protect and manage merchandise by delivering Smart Access security solutions that balance security and experience. Our connected OneKEY ecosystem combines intelligent hardware, software, and data to help retailers and brands promote, protect, and enable the purchase of all their merchandise—creating environments that work better for everyone. By eliminating friction between security and experience, we empower customers to shop freely, associates to work efficiently, and businesses to operate with confidence.

    Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Senior Industrial Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and product strategy. You will design best-in-class, connected retail product solutions focused on access, security, and user experience.

As an individual contributor, you will drive your own projects while actively supporting broader team goals. Additionally, you will translate complex requirements into thoughtful, manufacturable solutions and confidently contribute to technical decision-making early in development.

    Key Responsibilities
    •    Translate complex requirements into thoughtful, manufacturable product solutions.
    •    Contribute to technical decision-making early in the product development cycle.
    •    Apply deep knowledge of production processes, including injection molding and draft angles.
    •    Develop innovative connected solutions (IoT) for retail security and access control markets.
    •    Create high-fidelity renderings and visual concepts to communicate design intent.
    •    Demonstrate strong process management experience to guide projects from concept to production.

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    •    Experience: 7+ years of experience in industrial design as a generalist.
    •    CAD & Visualization: Proficiency in SolidWorks, Keyshot, and Adobe Photoshop.
    •    Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with Vizcom is a plus.
    •    Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing, molding processes, and draft angles.
    •    IoT Expertise: Proven track record of designing hardware for connected (IoT) solutions.
    •    Mindset: Innovative problem solver who thrives as an individual contributor within a team.

    Why Join Us?
We build seamless, high-security retail solutions in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact design strategy and see your technical concepts come to life in market-leading products.
