The Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food items in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines. Working in a fast-paced casino restaurant environment, the Line Cook ensures timely service, consistency, and exceptional guest satisfaction while supporting Tribal values and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (casino or high-volume restaurant experience a plus)
Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required
Licenses, Certifications, and Requirements
Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain within required timeframe
Must meet Tribal Casino employment eligibility requirements
Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by Tribal Gaming Authority
Working Conditions
Fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and sharp equipment
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Education and Experience
