Position Summary
Responds promptly to slot machine jackpots and guest service calls on the gaming floor
Verifies jackpot amounts and required information before processing payouts
Accurately completes jackpot payouts and makes change for guests
Follows all cash-handling procedures, internal controls, and casino policies
Provides friendly, professional service and clearly explains payout procedures to guests
Works with supervisors and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payouts
Maintains confidentiality and reports any issues or concerns to management
Required Qualifications
Must be twenty-one (21) years old
Must be able to perform basic and intermediate math
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to lift and maneuver at least 25 lbs
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED required
Previous experience preferred
At least six (6) months of cash handling experience required
