Table Games Dealer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to all guests and staff

· Control the flow and pace of your game

· Handle guest transactions for “buy-ins” and “payoffs”

· Verify fills and credits

· Notify supervisor of any irregularities in guest play and transactions

· Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures

· Maintain the table chip tray inventory in an orderly fashion

· Adhere to Title 31 Gaming Regulations

· Perform related work as requested

Required Qualifications

· Must be twenty-one (21) years old

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to perform basic math to total hands and calculate payoffs

· Full knowledge and understanding of all company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures

· Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English

· Excellent customer service skills

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff

· Ability to present yourself in a professional, pleasant, confident and well-groomed manner

Education and Experience

· High School diploma or GED required

· Two (2) years previous dealing experience
