💲 Pay: $36.00 - $43.00 per hour
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Maintenance Department through effective planning, scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate maintenance work assignments in collaboration with the maintenance leadership team.
- Assist in the development and management of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of spare and replacement parts.
- Create, update, and maintain work orders within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and CMMS platforms.
- Optimize preventative maintenance programs through detailed analysis and scheduling improvements.
- Review preventative and predictive maintenance findings and develop corrective action work orders.
- Identify and document safety requirements, permits, and special procedures for maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required.
- Support Health & Safety, Environmental Management Systems, 5S initiatives, and energy conservation programs.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial maintenance operations and equipment.
- Experience using CMMS or maintenance management software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of inventory management and spare parts control.
- Experience with 5S methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
Preferred:
- Experience within the plastics manufacturing industry.
Working Environment:
This position is based primarily within a manufacturing facility and requires:
- Frequent walking and standing.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling materials up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to heat, dust, noise, and industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities.
