Iredell Health is in search of our next dynamic nursing leader! The Director for Three North and Birthplace has 24-hour/7 day per week responsibility for all patient care activities in their department and for reviewing performance in relation to recognized standards. He/she functions as a primary public relations representative for the department and staff in dealing with medical staff, patients, and families under his/her care or supervision.
Has quality and fiscal responsibility for their department. Possesses a broad knowledge of legal aspects of nursing and regulatory requirements. Has full access to patient health information.
Three North provides medical care to pediatric patients as well as adults. Birthplace welcomes moms, babies and families for over 600 births each year. The Director works with two Assistant Directors to help our patients have the best experience, our staff have opportunities to grow and develop and our community to feel right at home while under our care.
