Provides direct physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist as determined by the plan of care ordered by a physician, consistent with hospital policies and procedures, standards of practice, and regulations as directed by the Rehab Director of . Provides assistance to the patient in the restoration of function and prevention of disability following disease, injury, or loss of a limb. Has full access to patient health information.
