Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Inside Sales team in Barcelona.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive our growth across key European markets by breaking into whitespace SMB accounts and uncovering high-value opportunities. Partnering closely with Inside Sales Managers, you will build meaningful connections with senior decision-makers and articulate tailored solutions that address real business challenges. Here, your drive and strategic prospecting will directly expand our footprint while laying a rock-solid foundation for your sales career.

What You’ll Do

• Outbound Campaign Execution: Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, tailored email, and LinkedIn InMail to engage high-intent prospects.
• Methodical Discovery & Qualification: Uncover key customer challenges and qualify strategic opportunities using value-based messaging frameworks.
• Pipeline Partnership: Collaborate with assigned Inside Sales Managers to develop targeted messaging strategies for key vertical personas.
• Whitespace Account Mapping: Map organizational structures and establish strong initial rapport with senior business decision-makers.
• CRM Data Integrity: Document customer pain points and relationship dynamics in CRM to ensure seamless deal hand-offs.

What You’ll Bring 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in outbound sales prospecting, ideally within SaaS, technology, cloud, or complex B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel outreach strategies, discovery methodology, and value-based selling principles.
• Native-level English (UK) oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex value propositions simply.
• Analytical curiosity to perform high-level business diagnostics and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
