The Recovery Mentor position is important to Isaiah House because it provides clients with consistent support, encouragement, and guidance throughout their recovery journey.

By serving as a positive role model and using lived experience, this role helps clients build confidence, advocate for themselves, and stay engaged in treatment. Schedule:

Full-time, Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm Work Environment: On-site Travel

• Provide consistent emotional, strategic, and recovery-focused support to clients.
• Serve as a positive role model by acting and speaking with integrity.
• Assist with one-on-one support, structured activities, client meetings, and advocacy needs.
• Support client retention, crisis intervention, and overall client engagement.
• Follow Isaiah House policies, complete required trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.
