Workplace Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialist

We are seeking a strong energetic & dynamic individual with proven computer technology & customer service skills that have a passion for providing top quality customer care to join our team as a Workplace Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialist.  This exciting position is located in Kingwood, TX and will work closely with management in handling various computer technical tasks, shipping & receiving, and office operations duties.  The ideal candidate must be detailed-oriented & process driven with a background & focus in computer technology, customer service, willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career!

Hourly Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 USD per hr(DOE)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday  7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Location:This amazing opportunity is located in the North Houston Kingwood, TX area.   Free employee parking is also provided.

Responsibilities

The Workplace Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialist position will perform various computer technical tasks, including shipping & receiving, office operations duties, and heavy lifting.  Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintain oversight and accountability of assets ensuring customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services & quality of work
• Conduct and maintain an accurate inventory checklist of equipment assets
• Daily upkeep operational storage room/warehouse ensuring it is cleaned and organized at all times
• Monitor and control authorized access for individuals entering operational storeage room/warehouse area
• Place supply order requests to replenish assets and consumables inventory for storage room/warehouse area
• Maintain excellent & efficient written and oral communications with clients and management, ensuring prompt responses & follow-ups on all communications
• Verify receipt of all controlled shipments & assets and ensure they meet required specifications and purchase order requests

Qualifications

The Workplace Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background & focus in computer technology, customer service, willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career.  Additional qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience performing similiar equipment fixed asset duties
• Detailed oriented and professional demeanor
• Must have ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently
• Excelllent attendance and punctuality
• Proficient in PC/computer knowledge and software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
