They will have daily interaction with clients, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities.<br> <br> <strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong> </div><ul> <li>Handling policy administration with duties ranging from evaluation of renewals, preparing proposals, and responding to client requests.</li> <li>Set up and administer our online benefits portal (EASE/Navigator) for group clients.</li> <li>Review contracts and coverages and complete agency invoicing.</li> <li>Collaborate with Producers to manage expiration process (marketing through policy delivery).</li> <li>Coordinate requests for additional information between the client and the Carriers.</li> <li>Maintain up to date knowledge of markets and company specific products.</li> <li>Documenting all tasks, requests, and emails into agency management system (AMS360).</li> <li>Organize and prioritize work, tracking deadlines.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul><div><strong><u>Benefits/Perks</u></strong></div><ul> <li>Competitive Pay and Benefits</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Professional Development</li> <li>Job Stability in a growing industry</li> </ul><div><strong><u>Knowledge and Skills</u></strong></div><ul> <li>Broad knowledge of benefit products and services.</li> <li>Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.</li> <li>Proficient in organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines.</li> <li>Experienced computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite, AMS360 or other Agency Management Systems</li> <li>Demonstrated self-starter who can work independently, possesses good common sense, aptitude for numbers and data analysis, and takes personal accountability for outcomes.</li> <li>Operate within specific company guidelines and delegate work as needed.</li> </ul><div><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></div><ul> <li>2-5 years of related experience and/or training in the insurance industry.</li> <li>Colorado Life & Health License is preferred.

CEBS or GBDS designations are a plus. </li> </ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
