About the Role:
The Vice President & Department Leader is a senior role responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to a key department within the organization. This position ensures alignment of departmental goals with the overall business objectives, driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation. The role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and fostering a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration and accountability. The Vice President will serve as a critical liaison between executive leadership and department staff, facilitating communication and decision-making processes. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in shaping the department’s long-term success and contributing to the company’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Works closely with the Trading divisions and the subsidiaries/affiliate’s financial team. Monitor and oversee the accounting activities of the Trading divisions and subsidiaries. Assist the SVP & Controller/GM in carrying out the division’s strategic goals and plans.
