We are seeking a Customer Love Admin to support Customer Love Team (Sales Team) deliver high performance, reach the personal & company target.

Your responsibility

• Find new quality prospects.

• Handle job posting relating tasks.

• Handle sales operation tasks such as taking and making notes of coming phone calls, etc;

• Occasionally interact with HR key person from Vietnam’s leading IT companies on some assigned tasks.

• Support customers is using our site.

Hard skill

• CRM Software (e.g., Capsule) – Entering/updating client and lead data accurately.

• Sales Admin Support – Preparing proposals, follow-ups, client documentation.

• Data Entry & Accuracy – Maintain clean, well-structured sales records.

• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace – Use spreadsheets, docs, presentations.

• Basic IT & Job Market Awareness – Understand tech job roles and hiring needs.

• Professional Communication – Handle internal/external communication clearly.

• Lead Qualification Support – Help sales team filter and organize leads.

• English Skills – Especially good in reading and writing.

• Having data mindset & analysis skills are plus points

Soft skill

• Attention to Detail – Accurate data handling and documentation.

• Time Management – Organize work efficiently, handle deadlines.

• Team Collaboration – Coordinate with Sales, CS, and other functions.

• Proactiveness – Anticipate needs and take initiative in admin processes.

• Customer Service Mindset – Support internal teams and clients professionally.
