We are seeking a Customer Service (location: Dong Da Ward, Hanoi City) to support and retain customers’ relationships.

• Find new quality prospects.

  Tìm kiếm khách hàng tiềm năng mới.

• Take care of new prospect to offer Trial.

  Chăm sóc khách hàng mới để gửi dịch vụ dùng thử.

• Set up meeting with customers.

  Sắp xếp cuộc gặp mặt với khách hàng.

• Call and support customers during they use ITviec’s service.

  Liên lạc và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình sử dụng dịch vụ của ITviec.

• Make customers happy with the services and help Sales Team upsell.

  Khiến khách hàng hài lòng với những dịch vụ ITviec và hỗ trợ phòng kinh doanh đẩy doanh số.

• Handle job posting relating tasks.

  Chịu trách nhiệm đăng tin tuyển dụng.

• Handle sales operation tasks such as taking and making notes of coming phone calls, ect.

  Chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ phòng kinh doanh: ghi chú các cuộc gọi vào của khách hàng.

• Occasionally interact with HR key person from Vietnam’s leading IT companies on some assigned tasks.

• Support customers are using our site.

  Hỗ trợ khách hàng sử dụng website của ITviec.

• Make report.

  Làm báo cáo tổng hợp số liệu.

• Female, 24 - 30 years old.

  Nữ, 24 - 30 tuổi.

• At least 1 year telesales / customer service experience.

  Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm telesales / chăm sóc khách hàng.

• English required (writing and reading, do not need to communicate fluent).

  Tiếng Anh đọc viết.

• Ability to read, analyze data and write reports

  Khả năng đọc hiểu, phân tích số liệu và làm báo cáo

• Outgoing — Love to meet people and is energized by social interactions.

  Hướng ngoại — Thích gặp gỡ mọi người và được tiếp thêm năng lượng bởi các tương tác xã hội.

• Driven — Has a sense of urgency and a need to accomplish the task at hand.
