The Role and responsibilities:

Are you someone who is fluent in English and has great communication skills?

We are looking for a Career Advisor. A Career Advisor at Ivy Exec is a communication expert who provides phone consultations that cover resume/LinkedIn advice. This employee is someone who performs job search diagnostics by asking relevant questions in order to understand the challenges that a certain professional is facing, and provide customized feedback for their resume or LinkedIn profile. A Career Advisor is a great listener and someone who genuinely wants to help people. Furthermore, a Career Advisor is someone who is creative and likes to write blog posts and social media posts related to relevant topics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with Ivy Exec members on a daily basis
• Providing members with feedback on their resume or LinkedIn profile
• Following up with members through email
• Actively listening to members and suggests additional services if they are needed
• Selling executive coaching services
• Providing relevant insights from calls and content with the social media team
• Creating job search related content for Ivy Exec’s website
• Working together with our podcast team, and providing moderating services

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 level and above)
• Recruiting background or a similar experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly responsible and self-sufficient
• Team player
• Well-organized, precise, proactive and solution-oriented
• All-round positive personality
