• Breaking initiatives from Product into tasks 
  • Defining how features are implemented 
• Sprint Planning
  • Backlog updating and scoring
  • Project prioritization
  • Project timelines
  • Project scope
  • Project resources
• Sprint Execution 
  • Monitoring task completion
  • Removing blocks
  • Communicating progress to PM and stakeholders
• Post-Sprint Insights
  • Retrospective meetings
  • Analyzing sprint success (done tasks vs. estimated tasks)
  • Incorporating findings into future sprint planning

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN TERMS OF IDEAL BACKGROUND 

• 2+ years of experience managing technical projects with dev teams ideally
• Experience with Agile scrum and software development lifecycles 
• Resourcefulness, excellent communication skills and independence
• The most transferable types of companies where experience was gained: software development, online & tech companies
