SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recruiter supports all hiring processes for all three Ivy Exec office locations. This role works closely with the Chief People Officer to help manage our growing recruitment needs across all three offices.
- Lead the recruitment process
- Liaise with the hiring managers
- Post job ads
- Source candidates through online recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn
- Responsible for pre-screening (screen resumes and applications) and initial interviews
- Update candidates on hiring process
- Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Support the onboarding process

- 3 - 5 years of experience with full cycle recruitment process
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple searches and projects simultaneously

- Bachelor’s degree in the field of human resource management or similar
- Proficiency in English language
