Compensation

• Compensation Range: $90,000 to $115,000/year

Additional Compensation

• This position is also eligible for: CD bonus /student loan repayment/relocation assistance

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
