This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Titusville, New Jersey (USA); Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Zug, Switzerland; Cork, Ireland; or Beerse, Belgium.
As Director, this role is responsible for serving as a senior techno-functional leader within Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC). The Director will own and scale enterprise digital capabilities—including Digital Value Chain and One Performance Management—combining product ownership, delivery leadership, and change enablement to drive repeatable, measurable value across planning, operations, and network design. The Director will directly lead 3–4 employees, as well as influence across ~20 product, analytics, and transformation professionals.
