About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Installation Manager to oversee and manage installation projects for JD DEVELOPMENT DE GmbH. This role ensures efficient project execution, adherence to quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and direct all installation activities, from project initiation to completion.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Supervise and coordinate installation teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
* Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and feasibility.
* Manage communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during installations.
* Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure installations meet specifications.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, permits, and close-out documents.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in installation management.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or installation management, preferably within the development or construction industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex installation projects from start to finish.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
* Fluency in German and English is highly desirable.
