About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

JD.com, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities and equipment, minimizing downtime and supporting seamless operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within warehouses, offices, and logistics centers.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, and system failures, implementing timely and effective repairs.
* Conduct inspections of facilities and machinery to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks to minimize disruption to operations.
* Install, assemble, and disassemble equipment and machinery as required, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
* Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance tasks and ensure smooth coordination.
* Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and proficiently.
* Assist in the training of junior maintenance staff when necessary.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, mechanical) preferred.
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a large-scale industrial or logistics environment.
* Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various equipment types.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
