Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Support Specialist to join our team at JD DEVELOPMENT DE GmbH. This role will primarily focus on providing comprehensive operational assistance, with a specific emphasis on facilitating communication and support for our Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.
Job Responsibilities**
* Provide operational support across various departments, including logistics, customer service, and project management.
* Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication channels.
* Translate and interpret documents, emails, and conversations between Mandarin and English.
* Assist in data entry, report generation, and document preparation to support operational efficiency.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
* Maintain and update operational databases and records with accuracy and completeness.
* Support the implementation of new operational processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications**
* Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English (C1/C2 level for both).
* Proven experience in an operational support, administrative, or customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
* Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
* Experience in a multicultural work environment is a plus.
