About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Summary**
As a Warehouse Supervisor at JD DEVELOPMENT DE GmbH, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will lead and motivate a team to meet operational goals and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Job Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and feedback.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading.
* Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
* Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
* Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory.
* Resolve operational issues and employee conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Job Qualifications**
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid forklift operator certification is highly desirable.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Fluency in German and English is preferred.
