About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of warehouse and logistics equipment through preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair activities. The role requires strong technical expertise, quick problem-solving skills, and a commitment to minimizing equipment downtime.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work on warehouse equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot common mechanical and electrical equipment failures, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
Carry out general electric welding and gas welding repairs when required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruption.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair logs, and equipment performance data.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with operations teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
