Reporting to the Converting Manager, the Asset Leader is ultimately responsible for ensuring assets are adequately maintained with necessary tools, materials, and supplies needed for operation. This position will proactively coordinate and lead the manufacturing operations to ensure the achievement of department objectives for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, & People.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred
5+ years in an operations leadership role in a Consumer Packaged Goods processing facility
Strong coaching & mentoring skills with experience in leading change
Strong technical abilities
Excellent communication skills & comfortable in presenting to senior level audiences
Ability to influence with and without authority
Advanced systems aptitude and excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
