E-Commerce Store Manager (Remote)

We are a in mission to be the most trusted destination for the best pre-owned fashion deals. </p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Role</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Jebwa is hiring a eCommerce Store Manager with a successful track record of managing online stores and deliver outstanding revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The role

will report to the General Manager:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Process orders and communicate with customers about order, delivery and after-sales support</li><li>Monitor and manage listing inventory and pricing</li><li>Provide timely customer service with ticket management, online chat and over the phone</li><li>Handle e-commerce return cases and payment disputes </li><li>Track, report and improve key e-commerce success metrics </li><li>Design promotional programs to support existing customers or to acquire new customers</li><li>Collect, analyze and report customer data through surveys and qualitative methods</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to implement new eCommerce projects and analyze their effectiveness</li><li>Research and develop new product lines; build supplier relationship</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Required Skills</strong></u></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a Related Field </li><li>4+ years of online sales experience on a marketplace or direct-to-consumer online retail </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office) and Project Management software (Monday.com, Asana)</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask</li><li>Startup minded, positive, hands-on attitude and nimble</li><li>Ability to successfully work cross functionally with both internal teams and external vendors</li><li>Natural collaborator.

Must be willing to set ego aside in order to deliver for our customers</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial</li><li>Self-starter who can complete tasks and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Nice-to-have's</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Previous experience in fashion or luxury industry</li><li>Experience or working knowledge of Shopify </li><li>Familiarity with HTML and CSS to create and update web pages</li><li>An appetite for good design and/or experience with design tools ,e.g.Canva, Photoshop etc.</li></ul>
