    Job Description

The Brand & Digital Strategist plays a key role in steering daily strategic thinking, generating insights, and crafting plans, briefs and reports for client brands and new business initiatives. Working in conjunction with the Brand & Digital Strategy Supervisor, this role focuses on analyzing data, developing plans, briefing, and reporting materials, and applying innovative methodologies to solve client challenges and elevate our strategic deliverables.

    Responsibilities

    • Briefing and Strategy Support: Support senior team members in completing daily tasks, including writing strategic and creative briefs, developing research frameworks, and drafting thought leadership articles.

    • Research and Insight Generation: Work with quantitative and qualitative data sources to uncover actionable insights about consumers, the market, and categories. Translate findings into clear strategic recommendations that drive client business growth.

    • Presentations and Articulation: Assist senior strategists in structuring, designing, and presenting strategic ideas and narratives to brand planning teams, multidisciplinary capabilities, and clients.

    • Processes and Value Generation: Work effectively within established team processes, identifying ways to add tangible value to clients' business objectives.

    • Strategic Drafting: Draft strategic approaches for brands, refine presentation narratives, and express complex ideas clearly and concisely, under the supervision of senior leadership.

    • Applied Innovation: Bring new ideas, modern tools (including AI), and innovative methodologies to client challenges, steering strategic solutions in the right direction.

    • Identifying Opportunities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify information gaps regarding clients, consumers, and categories—uncovering opportunities for organic growth and new commercial proposals.

    • New Business and RFPs: Contribute to the development of pitches, commercial proposals, and responses to RFPs under the guidance of senior leadership.

    Skills and Competencies

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.

    • Conversational english (at least B2)

    • Brand Planning Principles: Solid grasp of basic marketing concepts and end-to-end communication frameworks (from initial briefing to results measurement).

    • Data and Research Aptitude: Ability to synthesize diverse data sources to generate strategic insights, without needing to be a technical data expert.

    • Proactive Thought Leadership: Comfort in sharing original ideas on active projects, proactively seeking guidance from senior members when necessary.

    • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Ability to connect strategic thinking across social, creative, media, and data areas.

    • Strategic Communication: Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate strategic narratives simply, clearly, and persuasively.

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
