Klarus Home Health & Hospice/Jet Health Inc is looking for PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN / LVN) to join our dedicated team to provide community-based care for our patients currently receiving home health services in the Canyon Lake, TX region and surrounding areas. The primary function of the LVN is to provide nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for patients of all ages in their place of residence. The LVN will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient/family, and referring agency to ensure the best patient outcomes.
