Pay Range: $26.78 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred

What are the Qualifications?
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. The company does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
- Customer service experience and experience with seniors desired
- Must undergo a Physical exam, Tuberculosis Screening, resulting in a negative TB diagnosis prior to employment, and Influenza Vaccination (required during flu season: September to March)
- Must obtain clearance or exemption approval from the Department of Social Services following FBI and DOJ livescan background check prior to employment
- Must read, understand and sign the Report of Suspected Physical Abuse of a Dependent Elder (SOC341A)

What Will I Be Doing?
- Assist the Director of Life Enrichment in administrative tasks as well as planning, organizing, and facilitating daily activities, special events and outings for residents
- Set up and prepare activity areas, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available
- Engage residents in a variety of activities, including games, arts and crafts, exercise programs, and outings. Encourage participation and support residents in their engagement with activities, adapting as needed to meet individual preferences and abilities
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, fostering a welcoming environment for all residents; Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all interactions
- Participate and lead social events, outings, and other destinations according to a scheduled itinerary. Assist with transportation and mobility needs of residents during activities. Assist residents with entering and exiting vehicles safely and respectfully
