INVESTMENT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTIOn – INVESTMENT MANAGER 

Role Purpose 

Manage and grow the Company’s investment portfolio by identifying investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and optimizing returns while managing financial risk.

Key Responsibilities 

Investment Strategy

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives.

• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.

Portfolio Management

• Monitor and manage the performance of investment portfolios.

• Ensure diversification and risk management.

Financial Analysis

• Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis.

• Assess potential returns and associated risks.

Due Diligence

• Conduct investment due diligence for potential projects and acquisitions.

• Prepare investment proposals for management approval.

Market Monitoring

• Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities.

• Provide insights to support strategic investment decisions.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment Management (mandatory).

• Professional certification  is an added advantage.

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in investment management or corporate finance.

• At least 5 years managing investment portfolios or financial analysis functions.
