Service to Sales Concierge

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated automotive professional to bridge the gap between our service department and sales floor. You'll engage with customers as they come in for service : building rapport, identifying early buying signals, and guiding them toward purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. This is a high-visibility role for someone who loves talking cars and closing deals without waiting for the phone to ring.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and start conversations about their current vehicle, ownership experience, and future needs
• Identify potential buyers and introduce them to new or certified pre-owned inventory
• Walk the service lane daily, checking in with waiting customers and following up on any expressed interest
• Coordinate with service advisors to time introductions and minimize disruption to the service workflow
• Set test drives, present vehicle options, and work deals through to delivery alongside the sales team
• Track leads and follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
• Maintain working knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and financing offers
