Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage large number of incoming and outgoing calls
2. Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
3. Take orders from the customer over the calls
4. Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary
5. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow ups
6. Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
7. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Desired Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication & presentation skills
2. Good listening & problem-solving skills
3. Good interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
4. Familiar with CRM system & practices
5. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
6. Any graduate/diploma with good knowledge of Word, Excel, Emails.
7. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in customer support and from Gurgaon

Working Conditions:

1. 6 days in a week

2. Timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm(Office Timings)

3. Travelling will be there
