業務管理-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family)Job Description
1.開發新客戶，增加客戶廣度，進而提升客戶對於本行推薦度與滿意度。
2.經營全行100萬以下資產(AUM)之潛力客戶，促成Mass客戶升等為本行財富管理客戶，達成各項財務及非財務目標。
3.完成團隊及個人業務目標(CIF/AUM)及手收轉介目標。
