We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's innovative medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and purchasing departments in hospitals and clinics throughout Mumbai and surrounding areas
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our cutting-edge medical devices and pharmaceuticals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to customers, ensuring proper usage and maximum satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather valuable customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices
- Analyze market data and customer needs to identify potential growth areas and optimize sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software and ability to leverage technology in sales processes
- In-depth knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology products
- Sales certification (preferred)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with local healthcare systems and regulations in Mumbai, India

Experience in Retail pharmacy sales and age 33 plus
