    Job description

    We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Thames Water Mogden STW team based in Isleworth, Twickenham.

    Location:

    Twickenham, London. Fly in, fly out, if you're open to working away from home then we'll cover costs of staying away Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours may be available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you'll provide visible leadership across construction and engineering activities at Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee multiple workstreams in a complex operational environment , ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and without compromising treatment operations or environmental compliance.

    What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Mogden STW team, supporting them in delivering construction and improvement works safely and efficiently. Your day to day will include: Leading multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets Championing a zero-harm culture and ensuring robust management of high-risk activities Building trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary management team What are we looking for?
