I manage orders by checking it's feasibility and giving visibility to my customers
I optimize the level of my components stock to answer the needs of my customers and avoid overstock.
I optimize production stock and detect supply risks in advance to implement immediate action plans
I master the cost breakdown and propose solutions to reduce supply costs
I master the leadtime breakdown and manage my suppliers to reduce it
I optimize value chain (Continuous improvement)
I lead toward OPEX
