● Excellent Customer Service
● Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette
● Promptly respond to all emails, voicemails and phone calls
● Promptly and accurately process customers’ orders, quotes or returns
● Provide follow up on quotes and orders throughout sales process
● Obtain and communicate accurate information
● Provide pricing, availability and delivery information
● Set up new customer accounts
● Handle and resolve customer complaints while escalating to appropriate managers when necessary
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
● Basic understanding of product lines represented
● Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferably with experience in an office environment
● Ability to work both independently and in a teamwork environment
● Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
