About the Role:
The Delivery Operations Manager is part of the Customer Delivery - Audience Solutions team and reports to the Senior Director, Delivery. This role is responsible for managing the flow of work across the Delivery function, ensuring projects are effectively scheduled, resourced, and delivered on time across advertising, society partnerships, events, science content, and health and IME initiatives.
Acting as the central coordination point for work in progress, the Delivery Operations Manager oversees team capacity, prioritises workloads, identifies delivery risks, and helps maintain efficient project execution. The role partners closely with Delivery, Marketing, Advertising Operations, project managers, and external suppliers to optimise workflows, improve resource planning, and support successful campaign delivery.

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles in the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, or Spain. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
