Banquet Setter

Essential Job Functions:

· Set-up of dining rooms, private function rooms, patios, etc., according to the demands and needs of the Club.

· Move tables, chairs, couches, podiums, audio/video equipment, dance floors, staging, grills, pop-up tents and 

any other equipment required for a function.

· Break-down and re-set of all above areas, according to the demands of business.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist Catering, Purchasing, Facilities Maintenance, Member Activities and all other departments as required, according to the needs of the club.

· Maintain a safe and clean working area.

· May perform other assignments and duties, as area needs require.

Skills & Knowledge:

· Strong knowledge of various types of food service, beverage service and setup configurations.

· Able to move chairs, tables, table-tops, pianos, carpeting, etc., as required by the needs of the Club. 

· Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. on own and 75- 100 lbs. with assist on a regular basis.

· Able to push and pull very heavy objects (sometimes weighing up to 250 lbs.) using assistive equipment with teammates on a regular and continuous basis.
