Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise and support the daily responsibilities of the Environmental Services, Floor & Laundry teams.
- Oversee staff to ensure work assignments are accomplished promptly and efficiently, maintaining the highest quality work.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members, escalating personnel concerns appropriately.
- Perform routine and specialized cleaning duties as needed, including floor care (marble, VCT, carpeting), millwork, furniture, glass, mirrors, brass, tile, and carpet maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality, safety, and timely completion of work assignments.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels and distribute cleaning supplies and equipment to associates.
- Help coordinate and adjust staff schedules based on operational needs.
- Train new and current staff on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and department standards.
- Assist with and help lead in-service training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all Club standards, operating procedures, and documentation requirements set by management.
- Identify and report property damage, safety hazards, and equipment malfunctions.
- Operate Club vehicles safely for the transport of goods, equipment, or personnel, as needed.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
· May perform other assignments and duties, as area needs require.
Skills and Knowledge:
· Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
· Ability to supervise and direct personnel.
· Ability to understand and communicate simple oral and written instructions.
· Ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
· Ability to deal with personnel situations and problems.
Licensure/Certification:
· Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. Company drivers who are Florida residents must obtain a valid Florida license within 30 days of establishing residency to drive on Florida roads.
