    Job description

    Essential Job Functions:

    · Greet and assist Club members, prospective members, family members and guests in a warm and professional manner.

    · Answer and route telephone calls and take complete, accurate messages.

    · Provide administrative support for membership applications, candidate files, new-member materials, membership cards, correspondence, reports and mailings.

    · Accurately enter and maintain member, family, biographical and billing information in Club databases and records.

    · Serve as liaison for the Club’s Enterprise Rental Car Program, including reservations, member assistance, recordkeeping and billing.

    · Learn and maintain working knowledge of Club facilities, key staff, amenities, fees, programs, rules and membership procedures in order to provide accurate information and assistance.

    · Proofread correspondence, reports, forms, labels and other materials with strong attention to detail.

    · Maintain organized electronic and paper files, checklists, forms and reference materials.

    · Take ownership of member questions and requests, using available resources to assist or connect the member with the appropriate person.

    · Assist with Membership events, special projects and other departmental responsibilities as needed.

    Skills & Knowledge:

    · Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; ability to learn Club-specific software and databases.

    · Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness.

    · Excellent organizational, time-management and follow-through skills.

    · Self-motivated and able to manage recurring responsibilities with minimal direction.

    · Ability and willingness to learn, retain and accurately apply detailed policies, procedures and information.

    · Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills.

    · Professional, courteous and service-oriented demeanor.

    · Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.

    · Open to feedback and able to apply new information and guidance.

    · Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed.

    · Strong grammar, proofreading and data-entry skills.

    · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    · Private club, luxury hospitality or other high-touch service experience preferred.

    · Florida Notary Public preferred or willingness to obtain.
