    Job description

    • Welcome members and provide professional, attentive service.
    • Prepare and maintain massage treatment rooms, including cleaning, stocking, and room turnover.
    • Support massage therapists with supplies and day-to-day operational needs.
    • Monitor daily and upcoming schedules, identifying booking issues, conflicts, or gaps.
    • Assist with appointment confirmations and schedule updates.
    • Answer calls, schedule appointments, take messages, and respond to member questions.
    • Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies need to be reordered.
    • Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil environment.
    • Maintain confidential member and scheduling information.
    • Assist with special projects and other departmental needs.
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Professional, composed, and welcoming demeanor
    • Strong organization and attention to detail
    • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
    • Good communication and basic computer skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or willing to become certified
    • Spa, massage, fitness, or hospitality experience is a plus
