We're looking for a dependable Material Handler Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team in Cottage Grove. In this role, you'll help keep products moving by receiving inventory, picking and packing customer orders, stocking materials, and preparing shipments for delivery. • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the warehouse
• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Operate RF scanners and shipping systems to complete daily warehouse tasks
• Load, unload, and move materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Assist with inventory organization and maintain accurate stock placement
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 6S standards
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines
• Work closely with teammates to support daily warehouse operations
• Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed
